The scene at Area 3 Police Station reflects a cross-party wave of support, with members from various political affiliations, including the Democratic Progressive Party (DPP), Alliance for Democracy (AFORD), and United Democratic Front (UDF), also present. UTM member Bon Kalindo and other key party officials have also joined the supporters, standing by Kaliati as her situation remains uncertain.

As of now, there is no confirmed information regarding whether Kaliati will appear in court. However, the demonstration of solidarity underscores the commitment of Malawi’s political community to supporting one another in times of difficulty.
